2009 DODGE RAM 1500 TRUCK |

Dodge RAM 1500 Pickup Truck
The 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 is a winner, even if the popularity of full-size trucks is waning. For those who'll still need the prodigious hauling and towing capabilities of these workhorse vehicles, the Ram is just as good as, if not better than, the current top dogs. It's got the usual bases covered, yet doesn't "ride like a truck."
Now that's progress!

The 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup Truck offers bold new stylings that are ideal for work or play!
- Three cab styles
(regular cab, Quad cab, and Crew cab)
- Aggressive “grille-forward” design,
- Innovative interior features
(premium seat trim, soft-touch materials, redesigned controls, and floor console with shifter)
- Big power from a choice of engines
(3.7-liter V6, 4.7-liter V8, or 5.7-liter HEMI V8)
- Increased fuel economy over the previous generation of engines.
- Payload (up to an estimated 1,850 lbs)
- Towing capability
(up to an estimated 9,100 lbs)
The 2009 Dodge Ram 1500's interior has been drastically improved and several neat storage options have been introduced. Due to many customer complaints about the Ram's Mega Cab, it has been replaced with a more traditional crew cab. Although a bit smaller, the new Crew cab still boasts limo-like rear legroom, though the storage area behind the backseat has been eliminated.
An improved frame design supports an all-new multi-link coil spring rear suspension, which makes the 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 the smoothest-riding pickup on the market. A stronger, more efficient Hemi V8 (390 hp and 407 lb. ft. torque) helps it keep up with the competition.
